If you’ve never tried CrossFit the first thing we recommend is to come down for a free trial session. This session will give you a good taste for what we do, the hour session will take you through a typical class structure and will explain a bit more about the type of training we do and why, as well as get you a bit more familiar with the gym itself. Your trial session will also count as your first Elements session. You’ll need to do 3 Elements sessions before joining the main group classes. Each Elements class will cover different movements and skills. You’ll learn the correct technique for all the main movements as well as doing a WOD (work out of the day).
The cost of your elements:
€75 – 3 one hour sessions one to one or in a small group.
Once you’ve completed your 3 Elements sessions you can sign up to a monthly membership and start attending any of the classes on the timetable.

If you have more than 3 months experience training at another CrossFit gym you are welcome to come down and join a free session to check out the facility. After your trial session we require you to complete one PT session where we can assess your current standard and clear you to join in the regular group sessions.
